Womens Coaches for 2009 summer camps

Katie Kirk

From Annapolis, Maryland, Katie has just completed her freshman year at Cornell University. Katie is a midfielder and the offensive coach for the Lacrosse Nation camps. At Cornell this year Katie had 17 points and led the team with 34 ground balls and was second with 26 draw controls. Katie will help coach draws, midfield play, and the offense at the Lacrosse Nation camps this summer.

Molly McCourt

Molly is an University of Maryland graduate with several awards including the NCAA Sportsmanship award and the Presidents Cup Award. After a successful university playing career, Molly turned to coaching. She is currently the head coach of the Munich team and an assistant with the German National Lacrosse team going to Prague in 2009.

Maisie Osteen

Our goalie coach this year is Maisie Osteen. This Hofstra University graduate has many accomplishments to her name including being a high school All-American, two-time captain of Hofstra, and a current member of the Welsh National Lacrosse team. Along with being a player, Maisie has also spent many years as a coach on Long Island and is currently coaching a school team in the U.K.

Travis Taylor

The camp coordinator and coach is Travis Taylor. Travis has spend the last three years coaching and developing Lacrosse in the Bristol area including coaching the University of Bristol women’s team. Currently Travis is coaching the Welsh National Lacrosse team in the 2009 World Cup in Prague.
