Lacrosse Nation will run its inaugural menʼs and womenʼs 7-a-side lacrosse tournament at the Downs School in Wraxall, Somerset this September. This fast paced, wide open style of lacrosse is a great way to start the season!

The games will consist of a maximum of 10 players on each team playing a twenty minute game on a shortened pitch. Each team will play a minimum of five games with the tournament consisting of a round robin and play-off games.
